Inspection step on main parts

Inspection of housing which mainly includes:

· Dismantling of each side.

· Visual check and cleaning of insert groove .

· Dismantling of compressor side cover and air flow.

· Check the clearances and gaps on reassembly.

· Inspect the locating bearing, locating ring and thrust ring groove on housing.

· .Check leakage of bearing housing.

Inspection of assembly parts which mainly includes:

· Dismantling of insert piece, compressor wheel, gas inlet casing, nozzle ring, bearing parts and withdrawal of turbine rotor.

· Check the clearances and gaps on reassembly.

· Carrying out dynamic balancing of compressor wheel,rotor assembly, cartridge.
